Fixed incorrect display of values in the [engine_torque] field.

If the POWERMODE mode was selected, which puts the CAN module to sleep after the ignition is turned off, it has been added that the TACHOVER and CANCMD commands now wake up the module to obtain a response to the query. Previously, the module was only woken up by the CANVERSION command.
